CHECK-IN
- All guests are required to provide photo identification for access to the property. Upon check-in, guests will be checked at the front desk and provided with a Face ID.
BEEHOST PROVIDES ITEMS FOR YOUR ARRIVAL
The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: a sheet and liner for each bed, a blanket, pillows, and a towel for each guest. (Replacement fees will be charged separately. Please contact us.)
You will find on-site: soap, a face towel, bathroom floor mats, toilet paper, and a sponge. (Replacement is at the guest's expense.)
Guests will receive a clean property upon check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleaning, as our rates are discounted based on the number of days booked. (If you require additional cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please contact us.)

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Glass, crockery, or sound systems are not permitted in the pool area. The pool area is closed on Mondays for maintenance, and the day may be changed at the discretion of the building management.
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are personal food items.
- All guests must submit their identification at least two business days before check-in. Administrative offices are normally open weekdays, Monday through Friday, until 5:00 PM. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or impediments to check-in for guests.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.
- We provide guests with a 10 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be exceeded, but if exceeded, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kWh.

• The condominium prohibits drying clothes and towels in common areas or hanging them on the balcony or windows.
• Please do not take the towels provided to the beach or use them as bath mats. We will charge you for replacement.
• Please do not use the towels to wipe off makeup. If they are stained, we will charge R$30 per towel.
