The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: a sheet and liner for each bed, a blanket, pillows, and a towel for each guest. (Replacement fees will be charged separately. Please contact us.)

You will find on-site: soap, a face towel, bathroom floor mats, toilet paper, and a sponge. (Replacement of these is at the guest's expense.)

Guests will receive a clean property upon check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleanings, as our daily rates are discounted based on the number of days booked. (If you require additional cleaning, this will be charged separately. Please contact us.)

LOCATION RESTRICTIONS

- No parties or events

- No visitors or guests not listed on the reservation

IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must submit their identification at least two business days before check-in. Administrative areas are normally open weekdays, Monday through Friday, until 5 p.m. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or impediments to check-in.

- We provide guests with a 10 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be exceeded, but if exceeded, we will charge the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.
