IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must submit their identification at least two business days before check-in. Administrative areas are normally open weekdays, Monday through Friday, until 5 p.m. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or impediments to check-in.

- We provide guests with a 10 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption limit will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge the excess amount after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kWh.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.
