The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: a sheet and liner for each bed, a blanket, pillows, and a towel for each guest. (Replacement fees will be charged separately. Please contact us.)

You will find on-site: soap, face towel, bathroom floor mat, toilet paper, and sponge. (Replacement of these is the guest's responsibility.)

The property will be clean upon check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleaning, as our rates are discounted based on the number of days booked. (If you require additional cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please contact us.)

TRASH DISPOSAL - The condominium does not collect trash at the unit entrances. Trash containers are available in the condominium garage.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must submit their identification at least two business days before check-in. Administrative offices are normally open weekdays, Monday through Friday, until 5:00 PM. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or impediments to check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

- We provide guests with a 10 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this usage will not be exceeded, but if exceeded, we will charge you for the excess after check-out.

- Parking space in front of the Praia de Ipitanga Building (from the front, facing the building, it is the second-to-last space on the left, directly in front of a balcony, next to the signposted space 384. SEE PHOTOS)
