Some important instructions for your stay:

CHECK-IN

- Photo identification is required for all guests to access the property. This will be verified at reception and Face ID will be used for access at check-in.


BEEHOST PROVIDES FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: one sheet and fitted sheet for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you wish to have replacements, there will be an additional charge. Please consult us.)

You will find the following onsite: soap, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, sponge. (Replenishment of these items is the guest's responsibility.)

The guest will receive a clean property for check-in. Regardless of the number of days, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please consult us.)


LOCATION RESTRICTIONS

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glass, dishes, and sound systems are not permitted in the pool area, which is closed on Mondays for maintenance; this day may be changed at the discretion of the building administration.

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or spices, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must submit their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative departments typically operate on weekdays, Monday to Friday until 5 PM. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest, difficulties, or check-in impediments.

- Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

- We provide guests with a 10 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.

The 19th-century Itapuã Lighthouse, with its red and white stripes, is a famous sunset viewing spot.

• The condominium prohibits drying clothes and towels in common areas or hanging them on the balcony or windows.

• Please do not take the towels provided to the beach or use them as bath mats. We will charge you for replacement.

• Please do not use the towels to wipe off makeup. If they are stained, we will charge R$30 per towel.
