CHECK-IN

- Photo identification is required for all guests to access the property. This will be verified at reception and Face ID will be used for access at check-in.


BEEHOST PROVIDES FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: one sheet and fitted sheet for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you wish to have replacements, there will be an additional charge. Please consult us.)

You will find the following on site: soap, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, sponge. (Replenishment of these items is the guest's responsibility.)

The guest will receive a clean property for check-in. Regardless of the number of days booked, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days reserved. (Extra cleaning will be charged separately if desired. Please consult us.)

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glass, dishes, and sound systems are not permitted in the pool area, which is closed on Mondays for maintenance (this day may be changed at the discretion of the building management).

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or spices, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative departments typically operate on weekdays, Monday to Friday until 5 PM. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or check-in impediments for guests.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- We provide guests with a daily energy allowance of 18 kWh. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
