The guest will receive a clean property for check-in. Regardless of the number of days, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you want extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please consult us.)

- All guests must submit their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative departments typically operate Monday to Friday until 5 PM. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience to guests or any difficulties with check-in.

- Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

- We provide guests with a 10 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
