The bedroom has a massage double bed and an extra single mattress to place on the floor. The condominium offers a swimming pool with a waterfall overlooking the sea, a gym, and 24h security.

BEEHOST PROVIDES FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: one sheet and fitted sheet for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you wish to have replacements, they will be charged separately. Please consult us.)

You will find the following on site: soap, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, sponge. (Replenishment of these items is the guest's responsibility.)

The guest will receive a clean property for check-in. Regardless of the number of days, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates receive discounts according to the number of days booked. (Extra cleaning will be charged separately if desired. Please consult us.)

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glass, dishes, and sound systems are not permitted in the pool area, which is closed on Mondays for maintenance (this day may be changed at the discretion of the building management).

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or spices, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must submit their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative departments typically operate on weekdays, Monday to Friday until 5 PM. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or check-in impediments for guests.

- Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

- The parking space is for small passenger cars.

- We provide guests with a 10 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge for the excess after check-out. A rate of R$1.20 per kWh.

• It is important that children are not left unsupervised by an adult in common areas. There is no fence around the pool.

• We ask that trash be removed daily to prevent insects from entering the area.

• No solid waste may be flushed down the toilet (including toilet paper); please use the provided trash can. Otherwise, the toilet will quickly become clogged, and we charge R$ 150 to unclog it.

• The condominium prohibits drying clothes and towels in common areas.
