CHECK-IN

- Identification documents are required for all guests to access the property

BEEHOST PROVIDES UPON YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: one sheet and fitted sheet for each bed, blanket, Pillows and a towel for each guest. (If you are interested in replacements, they will be charged separately. Please consult us.)

You will find the following on site: soap, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, sponge. (Replenishment of these is the guest's responsibility.)

RESTRICTIONS ON SITE

- No loud music allowed

- No parties or events allowed

- No visitors or people not listed on the reservation allowed

- No pets allowed

- The barbecue grill is not available to guests.

OTHER SERVICES

- The flat provides cleaning service from Monday to Friday at no extra cost;

- There is a free laundry service, always on Fridays until 11 am, check the delivery time depending on the amount of laundry and the time it was delivered.

- The building also has a washer and dryer for individual use on days when there is no service in your unit (mentioned above). This will be operated directly by the guest (laundry system). The equipment is available for use during the usual laundry hours, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm. Please note that the building does not provide laundry/ironing services, and cleaning products are the responsibility of each user.

- The gym and sauna are free of charge and require no prior booking.

- The meeting room is free of charge and subject to availability.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or spices, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must submit their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative departments typically operate on weekdays, Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or check-in impediments for guests.

- Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

- We provide guests with a daily energy allowance of 10 kWh. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.

The location is easily accessible and with many transport options. Bus stop almost in front and a privileged location close to tourist attractions and shops. 3 km to Barra, 7 km to Pelourinho, 7 km to Mercado Modelo and Lacerda elevator.
