The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: one sheet and fitted sheet for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you are interested in replacements, they will be charged separately. Please consult us.)

You will find the following on site: soap, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, sponge. (Replenishment of these items is the guest's responsibility.)

The guest will receive a clean property for check-in. Regardless of the number of days, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please consult us.)

LOCATION RESTRICTIONS

- No loud music allowed

- No parties or events allowed

- No visitors or people not listed on the reservation allowed

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glass, dishes, and sound systems are not allowed in the pool area, which is closed on Mondays for maintenance; this day may be changed at the discretion of the building administration.

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or spices, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative departments typically operate on weekdays, Monday to Friday until 5 PM. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest, difficulties, or check-in impediments.

- Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

- The parking space is for small passenger cars and is subject to availability and rotation.

- We provide guests with a 10 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
