Some important instructions for your stay:

CHECK-IN

- A photo ID is required for all guests for access authorization at check-in. IDs will be checked at the reception and Face ID access will be registered.

BEEHOST PROVIDES FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: one sheet and fitted sheet for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel for each guest. (If you would like a replacement, it will be charged separately. Please ask us)

You will find soap, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, and sponge on site. (Replacement of these items is the guest's responsibility)

The property will be cleaned before check-in. Regardless of the number of nights booked, we do not offer free cleaning as our daily rates are discounted based on the number of days reserved. (If you wish for extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please ask us)

PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

- Loud music is not allowed

- No parties or events allowed

- No visitors or people not listed in the reservation allowed

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glass, tableware, and speakers are not allowed in the pool area, which is closed for maintenance on Mondays. The day may change at the discretion of the building administration.

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or spices as these are considered personal food items.

- All guests must submit their identification at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative offices usually work on business days, Monday to Friday until 5 p.m. That’s why we request documents early to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or check-in delays.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra fee.

- Guests have an allowance of 10 kWh of electricity per day. With mindful use of electrical appliances, this limit should not be exceeded, but if it is, the extra will be charged after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kWh.
