IMPORTANT NOTES

- The apartment is on the eighth floor, but the elevator only goes to the seventh. It is necessary to climb one flight of stairs.

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or spices, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative departments usually operate on weekdays, Monday to Friday until 5 PM. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or check-in impediments for the guest.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- The apartment does not have a garage. There is private parking available for a separate fee in the building. - We provide guests with a daily energy allowance of 10 kWh. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.

Very easy to get around the place! Bus stop very close and constant taxi and uber traffic.

Famous building right in front of Praça da Sé with 24-hour concierge. The Themis building is a building full of tradition and super well located, 150m from Pelourinho, the Lacerda Elevator and the Monument of the Fallen Cross. It's practically a postcard of Salvador!

The area has bars, shops and various services nearby. A very popular location for tourists!
