ATTENTION - THE BUILDING IS NEW AND THEREFORE THERE MAY BE INTERNAL RENOVATIONS IN OTHER APARTMENTS DURING BUSINESS HOURS.

Some important instructions for your stay:

CHECK-IN

- All guests will be required to present identification documents for access to the property. This will be verified at reception and Face ID will be used for access at check-in.

BEEHOST PROVIDES FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: one sheet and fitted sheet for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you wish to have replacements, there will be an additional charge. Please consult us.)

You will find the following on site: soap, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, sponge. (Replenishment of these items is the guest's responsibility.)

The guest will receive a clean property for check-in. Regardless of the number of days booked, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days reserved. (Extra cleaning will be charged separately if desired. Please consult us.)

PREMISES RESTRICTIONS

- No loud music allowed

- No parties or events allowed

- No visitors or people not listed on the reservation allowed

- No pets allowed

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glass, dishes, and loud music are not permitted in the pool area, which is closed on Mondays for maintenance (this day may be changed at the discretion of the building management).

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or spices, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative departments typically operate on weekdays, Monday to Friday until 5 PM. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or check-in impediments for guests.

- Use of common areas in the building is not permitted after check-out.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- The parking space is for small passenger cars and is subject to availability and rotation.

- We provide guests with a 10 kWh energy allowance per day. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
