IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glass items, dishes, and sound devices are not allowed in the pool area. The pool is closed for maintenance on Mondays, or another day at the building management's discretion.

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are considered personal consumables.

- All guests must send their identification at least 2 business days before check-in. Generally, administrative offices operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5 pm. To avoid any inconvenience, delays, or denial of check-in, please provide the documents in advance.

- Changes to the number of guests may incur an extra charge.

- The parking space is for small passenger cars only.

- Guests are granted an electricity allowance of 10kwh per day. If you use the electric appliances sensibly, this limit should not be reached, but if you exceed it, the surplus will be charged after check-out at a rate of R$1.20 per kwh.
