- Identification documents for all guests are required for access authorization to the location.

The guest will receive the property cleaned for check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, complimentary cleaning is not provided, as our rates include discounts according to the number of reserved nights. IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glass, dishes, and music are not allowed in the pool area, which is closed on Mondays for maintenance. The day may be changed at the building administration's discretion.

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are considered personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification documents at least 2 business days prior to check-in. Administrative departments usually operate on weekdays, Monday to Friday, until 5 p.m. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or denial of check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional fee.

- The parking space is for small-sized passenger cars.

- We offer guests a daily energy allowance of 10kWh. By using electrical appliances sensibly, you should not exceed this limit, but in case of excess, the extra amount will be charged after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kWh.
