- All guests must send their identification documents at least 2 business days before check-in. Typically, administrative offices operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to prevent inconvenience, difficulties, or denial of check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

- We provide guests with an energy allowance of 10kWh per day. By using electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption should not be exceeded. If you use more, we will charge for the excess after check-out. Rate of RS1.20 per kWh.
