CHECK-IN

- Identification documents are required from all guests for access authorization, which will be checked at reception during check-in.

BEEHOST PROVIDES FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be prepared with a basic linen kit: one sheet and mattress cover for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one bath towel per guest. (If you need replacements, this will incur an extra fee. Please contact us for details.)

On arrival, you will find: soap, face towel, bath mat, toilet paper, sponge. (Replacement of these items is the guest's responsibility.)

The property will be delivered clean at check-in. Regardless of the length of stay, free cleaning is not included, as our rates are discounted according to the number of nights booked. (If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, it will be charged separately. Please ask for details.)

- No visitors or people not listed in the reservation

- No pets allowed

- Due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by Salvador City Hall during the Salvador Carnival period, use of the parking space is restricted and not available to guests.

- The barbecue area is not available for guest use.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glass, dishes, and sound equipment are not allowed in the pool area, which is closed on Mondays for maintenance. The maintenance day may be changed by building management if necessary.

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as they are considered personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification documents at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative offices usually operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5 p.m. Please send your documents in advance to avoid any inconvenience, difficulty, or check-in denial.

- Changing the number of guests may result in an additional charge.

- Guests are provided with a daily allowance of 10kwh of electricity. If electrical appliances are used responsibly, this amount should be sufficient. If you exceed this limit, the additional usage will be charged after check-out at a rate of R$1.20 per kwh.
