You will find the following on site: soap, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, sponge, and cleaning supplies. (Replenishment of these items is the guest's responsibility.)

The guest will receive a clean property for check-in. Regardless of the number of days, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please consult us.)

IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or spices, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative departments typically operate on weekdays, Monday through Friday until 5 PM. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or check-in issues for our guests.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.
