The guest will receive a clean property for check-in. Regardless of the number of days booked, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates receive discounts according to the number of days reserved. (Extra cleaning will be charged separately. Please consult us.)

IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or spices, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative departments are usually open Monday to Friday until 5 PM. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest or any difficulties with check-in.

- Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

- We provide guests with a 10 kWh daily energy allowance. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption limit will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
