Some important instructions for your stay:

CHECK-IN

- All guests will be required to present identification documents for access to the premises. This will be verified at reception and Face ID will be used for access at check-in.


BEEHOST PROVIDES FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: one sheet and fitted sheet for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you wish to have replacements, there will be an additional charge. Please consult us.)

You will find the following on site: soap, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, sponge. (Replenishment of these items is the guest's responsibility.)

The guest will receive a clean property for check-in. Regardless of the number of days, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please consult us.)

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glass, dishes, and sound systems are not permitted in the pool area, which is closed on Mondays for maintenance; this day may be changed at the discretion of the building administration.

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or spices, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must submit their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative departments typically operate on weekdays, Monday to Friday until 5 PM. Therefore, we request advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest, difficulties, or impediments to check-in.

- Use of the building's common areas is not permitted after check-out.

- Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

- Parking spaces are for small passenger cars and are subject to availability and rotation.

- We provide guests with a daily energy allowance of 18 kWh. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
