OFFICE - sofa, ceiling fan (NO AIR CONDITIONING), desk fan, work desk, 2 side tables.

GUEST BATHROOM - sink, cabinet, mirror, shower stall, bidet, electric shower.

KITCHEN - double-door refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner stove, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, water filter, blender, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, cups, plates, cutlery and basic kitchen items.

CHECK-IN

The property will be prepared with a basic linen kit: one sheet and mattress cover for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you need a replacement, it will be charged separately. Please contact us for more information.)

On arrival you will find: soap, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, and a sponge. (Restocking of these items is the guest’s responsibility.)

Guests will receive the property cleaned for check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleanings, as our rates already include discounts for longer stays. (If you need extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please contact us for more information.)

PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

- No loud music

- No parties or events

- No visitors or people not included in the reservation

- Due to vehicle restrictions enforced by the Salvador City Hall during Carnival, the parking space cannot be used by guests during this period.

- No pets allowed

IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, and spices, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative offices usually operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5 p.m. Therefore, we request documents in advance to avoid any inconvenience or issues that could prevent or delay check-in.

- Guests have a daily electricity allowance of 10kwh. With conscious use of electrical appliances, this limit should not be exceeded. If consumption is above this amount, the excess will be charged after check-out. Rate: R$1.20 per kwh.

- Changes in the number of guests may be subject to an extra charge.
