CHECK-IN

- Photo identification is required for all guests to access the property. This will be verified at reception and Face ID will be used for access at check-in.

BEEHOST PROVIDES FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: one sheet and fitted sheet for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you wish to have replacements, there will be an additional charge. Please consult us.)

You will find the following on site: soap, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, sponge. (Replenishment of these items is the guest's responsibility.)

The guest will receive a clean property for check-in. Regardless of the number of days booked, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days reserved. (Extra cleaning will be charged separately. Please consult us.)

- No visitors or people not listed on the reservation

IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or spices, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative departments usually operate on weekdays, Monday to Friday until 5 PM. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest, difficulties, or check-in impediments.

- Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

- We provide guests with a 10 kWh daily energy allowance. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption limit will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
