ENTERING THROUGH THE PEDESTRIAN ENTRANCE: walk to the end of the courtyard to reach the second elevator.

- The apartment has two entrance doors; we provide a lockbox with a password and key inside, located at the main door.

CHECK-IN

- An identification document is required for all guests to grant access to the property, and it will be checked at reception during check-in.

The guest will receive the property clean for check-in. Regardless of the number of days booked, we do not offer free cleaning services, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days reserved. PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

- Parties and events are not permitted

- No visitors or people not listed in the reservation

- Due to the vehicle traffic restrictions set by the Salvador City Hall during the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and cannot be used by guests.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification documents at least 2 business days before check-in. Normally, administrative offices operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5pm. Therefore, we request documents in advance to avoid inconveniences upon arrival, such as difficulties or inability to check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- We provide guests with an energy allowance of 15kWh per day. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, this limit will not be exceeded. However, if it is, we will charge the excess after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kWh.
