- Showers are heated via a gas heating system located in the service area

- All guests must send their ID at least 2 business days before check-in. Normally the administrative sectors are open from Monday to Friday until 5pm. That's why we ask in advance to avoid causing inconvenience to the guest or any difficulty with check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- We provide guests with an allowance of 20kWh of energy per day. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. Tariff of RS1.20 per kWh.
