IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their photo ID at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative sectors usually operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5pm. Therefore, we ask for advance submission to prevent any inconvenience or issues with check-in.

- Changing the number of guests may result in an extra charge.

- We provide guests with an energy allowance of 25kwh per day. If you use the electrical appliances responsibly, this amount should not be exceeded, but if it is, we will charge the excess consumption after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kwh.
