- All guests must send their identification at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative departments usually operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5pm. Therefore, we request information in advance to prevent any inconvenience, difficulties, or denial of check-in.

- Changes to the number of guests are subject to an additional charge.
