CHECK-IN

- Identification documents for all guests are required to grant access to the property.

The property will be supplied with a basic linen kit: one sheet and mattress cover for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you require replacement, it will be charged separately. Please check with us)

You will find at the property: soap, face towel, bath mat, toilet paper, sponge. (Refills of these items are the guest's responsibility)

The property will be clean at check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleaning, as our nightly rates are discounted based on the length of stay. (If you want extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please check with us)

PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

- Loud music is not allowed

- Parties and events are not allowed

- Visitors and people not listed on the reservation are not allowed

- PETS are not allowed

- It is not allowed to walk in the common areas and elevators when wet, dirty with sand, or in swimwear

- It is forbidden to hang clothes, rugs, or similar items on the windows and balconies of the building

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glassware, plates, and music devices are not allowed in the pool area (the pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance, but this may change at the discretion of building management).

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, and spices, as these are considered personal-use food items.

- All guests must send their identification documents at least 2 business days before check-in. Usually, administrative services operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5pm. Please provide documents in advance to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or denial of check-in.

- Any change in the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- Guests are given a daily 10kwh energy allowance. Using appliances conscientiously, this limit should not be exceeded, but if it is, the extra will be charged after check-out. Rate of RS1.20 per kwh.
