Two-story apartment with sea view on Ladeira do Abaeté. Located on the 2nd floor of a simple building with no elevator. Two flights of stairs are needed to access the apartment. On entry, you have a living room with smart TV and Wi-Fi, two bedrooms with air conditioning, and a shared bathroom. Upstairs, there is another living room with sea view, a dining room, smart TV, hammock, kitchen with barbecue, and a bathroom.

Perfect location, situated on Abaeté Hill. As you go down the hill, you'll find yourself at the famous Cira's acarajé, a lively area with restaurants, bars, and local services. Walk a little further and you'll be at Itapuã Beach. If you go up the hill, you will reach Abaeté Lagoon, a well-known tourist spot surrounded by bars and sand dunes.

- Kitchen with countertop and 2 high stools, barbecue grill, double-door refrigerator, water filter, sandwich maker, blender, electric coffee maker, 4-burner gas stove, microwave, and basic kitchen items. Iron included.

The property will be cleaned for your check-in. Regardless of the number of nights booked, we do not provide free cleaning, as our daily rates are already discounted based on the number of days reserved. (If you wish for extra cleaning, there will be an additional charge. Please ask us)

IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, and spices, as these are considered personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification documents at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative offices usually operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5 pm. We ask for advance submission to avoid any inconvenience or issues during check-in.

- Changes in the number of guests may result in an extra charge.

- Guests are provided with 18kwh of electricity per day. With conscious use of electrical appliances, this limit should not be exceeded; however, if it is, the excess will be charged after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kwh.
