- The property does not have air conditioning, but due to its distance from the beach, it is a very well ventilated place.

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee and seasonings, as they are food items for personal use.

- All guests must send their ID at least 2 business days before check-in. Normally the administrative sectors are open from Monday to Friday until 5pm. That's why we ask in advance to avoid causing inconvenience to the guest or any difficulty with check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.
