- All guests must send their identification at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative offices generally operate on weekdays, Monday to Friday until 5 p.m. Therefore, we ask for documents in advance to avoid any inconvenience, difficulty, or denial of check-in.

- Changing the number of guests may result in an extra charge.

- Guests have a daily allowance of 30kwh of electricity. When using electrical appliances responsibly, this limit will not be exceeded, but if you go over, the additional consumption will be charged after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kwh.
