You will find at the property: soap, hand towel, bathroom rug, toilet paper, sponge. (These items are not replenished during your stay and are the guest's responsibility)

The property will be clean at check-in. Regardless of the number of nights booked, we do not provide complimentary cleaning services, as our daily rates already include discounts depending on the number of nights reserved. IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are considered personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification at least 2 business days prior to check-in. Administrative departments usually operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to prevent any inconvenience, difficulty, or possible check-in denial.

- Changes to the number of guests may result in an extra fee.

- Guests are provided with an energy allowance of 18 kWh per day. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, this should be enough; if you exceed this amount, extra usage will be charged after check-out at a rate of RS1.20 per kWh.
