CHECK-IN

- A photo ID is required for all guests to grant access to the property. Upon check-in, this will be verified at the front desk and Face ID access will be set up.

BEEHOST WILL PROVIDE FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be prepared with a basic linen kit: one sheet and mattress protector for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you need a replacement, it will be charged separately. Please contact us.)

You will find at the property: soap, face towel, bathroom floor mat, toilet paper, and sponge. (Replacement of these items is the responsibility of the guest.)

The guest will receive the property clean at check-in. Regardless of the length of stay, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates receive discounts based on the number of days booked. (If you would like extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please contact us.)

PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

- Loud music is not allowed

- Parties and events are not allowed

- Visitors and people not listed on the reservation are not allowed

IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their ID at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative departments usually operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5 p.m. For this reason, we ask for advance submission to avoid any inconvenience, difficulties, or check-in problems.

- Changing the number of guests may result in an extra charge.

- We provide guests with an energy allowance of 10kwh per day. If you use the electrical appliances responsibly, this limit will not be exceeded, but if you go over, the extra amount will be charged after check-out. Rate is R$1.20 per kwh.
