CHECK-IN

- Identification documents for all guests are required for access to the property.

The property will be supplied with a basic linen set: a sheet and mattress cover for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you wish for replacements, this will be charged separately. Please contact us for more details.)

You will find at the property: soap, face towel, bath mat, toilet paper, and sponge. (Replacement of these items is the guest’s responsibility.)

The property will be cleaned before your check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleanings, as our rates are discounted according to the number of reserved days. (If you would like extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please contact us for more details.)

MAIN PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

- Loud music is not allowed

- Parties and events are not allowed

- Visitors or people not included in the booking are not allowed

- PETS are not allowed

- Food delivery orders must be picked up by the guest at the front desk.

- It is not allowed to walk through the premises or elevators wet, with sand, shirtless, or in swimwear.

- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or in common areas

- Due to the City of Salvador's vehicle circulation restrictions during Salvador Carnival, use of the parking spot may be limited, so guests may not be able to use it.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are considered personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification documents at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative offices usually operate on business days, Monday through Friday until 5 pm. We ask for advance notice to avoid inconveniences, difficulties, or check-in denial.

- Any change in the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- Guests are provided with an energy allowance of 18kWh per day. If you use the electrical appliances consciously, this should be sufficient, but if you exceed this amount, we will charge the extra after check-out.

- Parking spot 1003 (when entering the parking garage, take the first left. The spot is marked and will be on your left-hand side).
