CHECK IN

- Identification document is required from all guests to release access to the place


ENERGY FEE CHARGED OUTSIDE

- We charge R$30 in advance per day of energy fee;
- The amount will be multiplied by the number of nights booked and paid by the guest until check-in;
- The meter marking will be registered at the entrance. On departure, consumption will be calculated according to the local rate (R$1 per Kwh);
- Of the amount consumed by the guest, the difference will be refunded or the excess charged at the time of check-out.


BEEHOST MAKES IT AVAILABLE FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be provided with the basic layette kit: a sheet and lining for each bed, blanket or bed cover, pillows and a towel for each guest. (If you are interested in replacement, it will be charged separately. Consult us)

You will find on site: soaps, face towel, bathroom floor, toilet paper, sponge and cleaning items. (Replacement of these is at the guest's expense)

IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee and seasonings, as they are food items for personal use.

- All guests must send their ID at least 2 business days before check-in. Normally the administrative sectors operate on working days, from Monday to Friday until 5pm. That's why we ask in advance to avoid causing inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediment to check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.
