MAIN PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

- No parties or events

- No visitors or people who are not included in the reservation

- One small pet allowed per stay

- Delivery orders must be collected directly by the guest at the main entrance.

- It is prohibited to walk through the premises and elevators when wet, sandy, shirtless, or in swimwear.

- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or common areas

- Due to vehicle circulation restrictions by the Salvador City Hall during Carnival, the use of the parking space may be limited or unavailable to guests.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or spices, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must submit their identification documents at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative office usually operates on business days, Monday to Friday until 5 PM. We recommend sending in advance to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or denial of check-in.

- Changes to the number of guests are subject to an extra charge.

- Guests are provided a quota of 10 kWh of energy per day. Using electrical appliances conscientiously, this amount should be sufficient; however, if exceeded, the extra usage will be charged after check-out.

- Rotating parking space.
