ROOM COMPOSITION:

- BEDROOM: electronic lock, king-size bed, TV with local channels (not a smart TV), wardrobe, round table with 3 chairs, split air conditioning, blackout curtains. Sofa bed for two (SEE THE PHOTOS BEFORE BOOKING).

- BATHROOM: shower box, bidet sprayer, and electric shower

- KITCHEN: fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, two-burner induction cooktop, sink, water filter, electric coffee maker, blender, sandwich press, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, pots, and basic kitchen utensils.

OTHER SERVICES:

- Guests can enjoy the condominium’s shared swimming pool.

- The restaurant offers breakfast for an additional charge (check current prices directly at the establishment).

- Guests also have free access to the famous Mahi-Mahi Restaurant, located at the back of the building with access to the pier. The area also features a waterslide and its own pool.

CHECK-IN

- Identification is required for all guests to grant access to the property.

The property will be prepared with a basic linen kit: a sheet and fitted sheet for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you wish to replace any items, an extra fee will apply. Please contact us for more information.)

You will find at the property: soap, face towel, bath mat, toilet paper, and sponge. (Replacements for these items are the guest’s responsibility.)

The property will be delivered clean for check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleaning services, as our daily rates are already discounted based on the length of stay. (If you need extra cleaning, an additional fee will apply. Please contact us for more information.)

MAIN RULES OF THE PROPERTY

- Loud music is not allowed

- Parties and events are not allowed

- Visitors and people not listed in the reservation are not allowed

- Pets are not allowed

- Delivery orders must be picked up by the guest at the building entrance.

- Walking through the property and elevators while wet, with sand, without a shirt, or in swimwear is not allowed.

- Due to vehicle access restrictions by the Salvador City Hall during the Salvador Carnival period, parking spaces may be limited and may not be available for guests.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or spices, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must submit their identification documents at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative offices normally operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, advance submission is necessary to avoid any inconvenience, difficulty, or denied check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

- Guests have a daily allowance of 10kWh of electricity. With conscious use of electrical appliances, this limit should not be exceeded; if surpassed, the extra amount will be charged after check-out.

- Rotating parking space.
