CHECK-IN

- Identification documents are required for all guests to grant access to the property and will be checked at the reception upon check-in.

The property will be supplied with a basic linen kit: a sheet and mattress cover for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (Should you require replacements, an additional fee will apply. Please contact us for details.)

You will find at the property: soap, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, and sponge. (Replenishment of these items is the guest's responsibility.)

The property will be clean upon check-in. Regardless of the number of nights booked, we do not offer complimentary cleaning, as our rates are discounted depending on the length of stay. (If you would like extra cleaning, an additional fee will apply. Please contact us for details.)

PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

- Loud music is not allowed

- Parties and events are not allowed

- Visitors and people not listed in the reservation are not allowed

- Only 1 small pet is allowed per stay

- The barbecue grill is not available for guest use.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glass, dishes, and sound devices are not allowed in the pool area, which is closed on Mondays for maintenance. This day may change at the building administration’s discretion. (Currently, the pool and gym are closed, so they are not included in the listing)

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are considered personal-use food items.

- All guests must send their identification documents at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative departments typically operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5:00 pm. We request documents in advance to avoid any inconvenience, difficulty, or denial of check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- Guests are provided with an energy allowance of 10 kWh per day. If appliances are used responsibly, this limit should not be exceeded; if it is exceeded, the excess will be charged after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kWh.
