BEEHOST PROVIDES FOR YOUR ARRIVAL
The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: a sheet and lining for each bed, blanket or bedspread, pillows and a towel for each guest. (If you are interested in replacements, they will be charged separately. Contact us)
You will find on site: soaps, face towels, bathroom floor tiles, toilet paper, sponge and cleaning supplies. (Replacement of these is the guest's responsibility)
The guest will receive a clean property for check-in. Regardless of the number of days, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please contact us)

- The pool is closed on Mondays, which is maintenance day
- Pets are not allowed
- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are food items for personal use.
- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5pm. Therefore, we ask that you make advance arrangements to avoid inconveniencing guests, making it difficult or preventing them from checking in.
- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.
- Glass and porcelain are not permitted in the pool area.

• We ask that trash be removed daily to prevent insects from entering the area, packed in bags and placed in the place indicated by the condominium.
• No solid waste may be flushed down the toilet (including toilet paper). Please use the trash can provided. Otherwise, the toilet will quickly become blocked and we will charge R$150 to unclog it.
• This property offers self check-in (check-in after 3pm and check-out by 11am), and keys can be picked up at the condominium reception.
