You will find at the property: soaps, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, and a sponge. (Restocking of these items is the guest’s responsibility)

The guest will receive the property clean for check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleaning services, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you want extra cleaning, it will be charged separately. Please ask us)

PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

IMPORTANT NOTES

- The property does not have air conditioning, but since it is located on the top floor, it is well ventilated.

- Please dispose of trash inside the garbage bin in the stairwell area, located in the hallway of the floor.

- Oil, salt, sugar, coffee, and seasonings are not provided, as they are considered personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative offices usually operate Monday to Friday until 5pm. For this reason, we request documents in advance to avoid any inconvenience or difficulties during check-in.

- Changing the number of guests may be subject to an extra charge.

- We provide guests with an allowance of 18kwh of electricity per day. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, this limit should not be exceeded, but if it is, the excess will be charged after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kwh.
