IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are considered personal food items.

- All guests must send their photo ID at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative offices usually operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5pm. We request the information in advance to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or inability to check in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- Guests are allotted an energy allowance of 10kwh per day. With conscious use of electrical appliances, this consumption should not be exceeded, but if it is, the excess will be charged after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kwh.
