- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative offices usually work on business days, Monday to Friday until 5 p.m. That is why we ask for documents in advance to avoid inconvenience, difficulty, or denial of check-in.

- Changes in the number of guests may incur an additional charge.

- Guests have a daily energy allowance of 15kwh. Using electrical appliances responsibly should keep you within this limit, but if you exceed it, the extra usage will be charged after check-out. The rate is R$1.20 per kwh.
