The property will be made available with the basic layette kit: a sheet and lining for each bed, blanket or bedcover, pillows and a towel for each guest. (If you are interested in replacement, it will be charged separately. Consult us)

You will find on site: soap, face towel, bathroom floor, toilet paper, sponge. (Replacement of these is at the expense of the guest)

OTHER SERVICES

- The flat offers cleaning service from Monday to Saturday without additional charge;

- It has a free laundry service, always on Fridays until 11 am, check delivery time depending on the amount of clothes and time it was delivered.

- The condominium also has a washing and drying machine for individual use on days when there is no service in your unit (mentioned above). It will be operated directly by the guest (laundry system). The equipment is available for use at the same usual laundry hours, from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm. We emphasize that for this process, the condominium does not have employees to wash/press these clothes and the cleaning products will be at the expense of each user.

- The gym and sauna are free without booking

- The meeting room is free and subject to availability.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee and seasonings, as they are food items for personal use.

- All guests must send their ID at least 2 business days before check-in. Normally the administrative sectors are open from Monday to Friday until 5pm. That's why we ask in advance to avoid causing inconvenience to the guest or any difficulty with check-in.

- We provide guests with an allowance of 15kWh of energy per day. By using electrical appliances consciously, this consumption will not be reached, but if it is exceeded, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. Tariff of R$1.20 per kWh.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.
