CHECK-IN

- An identification document is required for all guests to grant access to the property.

BEEHOST PROVIDES FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: one sheet and cover for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you wish to have items replaced, there will be an additional charge. Please contact us)

You will find: soaps, hand towel, bathroom floor mat, toilet paper, and sponge. (Replacement of these items is the guest’s responsibility)

The guest will receive a clean property at check-in. Regardless of the length of stay, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of reserved days. (If you require extra cleaning, there will be an added cost. Please contact us)

PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

- Loud music is not allowed

- Parties and events are not allowed

- No visitors or individuals not on the reservation

- Only 1 small pet allowed per stay

- It is not permitted to walk through the premises and social elevators while wet, with sand from the beach, or in swimwear

- It is not allowed to hang clothes, rugs, or similar items on the windows or balconies of the building

- Due to vehicle circulation restrictions by Salvador City Hall during Salvador Carnival, the parking space is not available for guests during this period.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glassware, dishes, and sound equipment are not allowed in the pool area (the pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance, but this day may change at the building administration’s discretion).

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are considered personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification documents at least 2 business days before check-in. Typically, administrative areas operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5pm. We request documents in advance to avoid inconvenience, difficulties, or being unable to check in.

- Changing the number of guests may result in an extra charge.

- Each guest is allotted a daily energy usage of 10kwh. Using electrical appliances responsibly should keep you within this limit; however, if you exceed it an extra charge will apply after check-out. Fee of R$1.20 per kwh.
