CHECK-IN

- Identification documents for all guests are required to grant access to the property.

BEEHOST PROVIDES FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be supplied with a basic linen kit: one sheet and cover per bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you want extra linen changes, there is an additional charge. Please contact us for more information.)

You will find at the property: soaps, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, sponge. (Restocking these items is the guest's responsibility.)

The property will be clean for your check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer complimentary cleaning services, as our rates are discounted based on the total number of reserved days. (If you wish to request extra cleaning, it is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for availability.)

PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

- Loud music is not allowed

- Parties and events are not allowed

- No visitors or people not listed in the reservation are allowed

- We do not accept PETS

IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are considered personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative offices usually function on business days, Monday to Friday until 5 p.m. Please send your documents in advance to avoid inconvenience or any difficulties during check-in.

- Changes in the number of guests may incur an extra charge.

- Each guest group is provided with an energy allowance of 15 kWh per day. Consuming electrical appliances responsibly should keep you within this limit, but if you exceed it, the extra usage will be charged after check-out.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

- If you wish to request cleaning services from the housekeeping staff, please check availability at the reception. The service is available at 1 p.m., except on Wednesdays, Sundays, and holidays. For the housekeeper to enter, a guest must be present in the property. The provided cleaning is a basic cleaning, not a deep cleaning.
