CHECK-IN

- Identification documents for all guests are required to grant access to the property; at check-in, documents will be verified at reception and Face ID access will be set up.

The property will be prepared with a basic linens kit: one sheet and cover for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you need replacements, an extra fee will apply. Please contact us for more information)

You will also find: soap, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, and a sponge. (Restocking these items is the guest's responsibility)

The property will be cleaned for your check-in. Regardless of the length of your stay, we do not provide extra cleanings for free, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of nights booked. PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

- Visitors and people not included in the reservation are not allowed on the property.

- No PETS allowed

- The barbecue area is not available for guests

- Due to vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Hall during Carnival, the parking space cannot be used by guests during this period.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glass, dishes, and sound equipment are not allowed in the pool area, which is closed on Mondays for maintenance. The day may change at the building administration's discretion.

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or spices, as these are considered personal food items.

- All guests must submit their identification documents at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative offices usually operate on business days, Monday to Friday, until 5 p.m. We kindly ask you to send the documents in advance to avoid any inconvenience, difficulties, or denial of check-in.

- Changing the number of guests may incur an extra fee.

- Guests are provided with an energy allowance of 10 kWh per day. If electric appliances are used responsibly, this limit should not be exceeded. If you go over the limit, the excess will be charged after check-out at a rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
