CHECK-IN

- Identification is required from all guests for access authorization. At check-in, IDs will be verified at the front desk and a Face ID will be registered for access.

BEEHOST PROVIDES FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be prepared with a basic linen kit: one sheet and bed cover for each bed, blanket, pillows, and one towel per guest. (If you need replacements, an extra fee applies. Please contact us.)

You will find at the property: soap, face towel, bathroom rug, toilet paper, and sponge. (Replacements for these items are the responsibility of the guest)

The guest will receive the property clean upon check-in. Regardless of the number of nights booked, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the length of the stay. (If you want extra cleaning, an additional fee will be charged. Please contact us.)

- The barbecue area is not available for guests

- Due to municipal vehicle circulation restrictions during Salvador Carnival, the parking spot cannot be used by guests during this period.

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glass, ceramics, and music are not allowed in the pool area, which is closed on Mondays for maintenance (the day may be changed at the building administration’s discretion)

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative offices usually operate on business days, Monday to Friday until 5 p.m. Please send information in advance to avoid inconveniences, difficulties, or check-in denial.

- Changes to the number of guests may result in an additional charge.

- Guests are provided an electricity allowance of 10kWh per day. With conscious use, this limit will not be exceeded. If the usage surpasses the allowance, the extra will be charged after check-out at a rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
