IMPORTANT NOTES

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- Trash must be disposed of in the container available on the stairs of each floor.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5 pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience to the guest, difficulties or impediments to check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an extra charge.

- We provide guests with a daily energy allowance of 10 kWh. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if you exceed it, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.

The building is very close to Avenida Sete de Setembro, the Yatch Clube and the Santo Antônio da Barra church. Going down the hill you arrive at Porto da Barra. The coastline is excellent for practicing sports, with the flow of cars retained, and the sea is suitable for surfing, stand up paddle boarding and canoeing. Porto da Barra beach is another Salvador postcard, frequented by connoisseurs and artists.
