CHECK-IN

- All guests are required to provide photo identification to gain access to the property. At check-in, the front desk will check and provide Face ID for access.

BEEHOST WILL PROVIDE ITEMS FOR YOUR ARRIVAL

The property will be provided with a basic linen kit: one sheet and bed linen for each bed, blanket or bedspread, pillows and one towel for each guest. (If you are interested in replacements, they will be charged separately. Contact us)

You will find on site: soaps, face towels, bathroom floor tiles, toilet paper, sponge. (These are the guest's responsibility)

Guests will receive a clean property upon check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the number of days booked. (If you require additional cleaning, this will be charged separately. Please contact us)

LOCATION RESTRICTIONS

- Loud music is prohibited

- Parties and events are prohibited

- Visitors and people not listed on the reservation are prohibited

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Glass, crockery and sound equipment are not permitted in the pool area, which is closed on Mondays for maintenance, and the day may be changed at the discretion of the building management

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee and seasonings, as these are food items for personal use.

- All guests must send their identification document at least 2 business days before check-in. The administrative departments are normally open on weekdays, from Monday to Friday until 5pm. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconveniencing guests, difficulties or impediments to check-in.

- Changing the number of guests is subject to an additional charge.

- We provide guests with an allowance of 18 kWh of energy per day. If you use electrical appliances responsibly, this consumption will not be reached, but if you exceed it, we will charge you for the excess after check-out. Rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
