CHECK-IN

- A photo identification of all guests is required for access to the property and FACE ID registration.

The property will be delivered with a basic linen kit: one sheet and cover for each bed, blanket, pillows, and a towel for each guest. (If you need replacements, an extra fee will apply. Please contact us for more information.)

You will find: soaps, face towel, bathroom mat, toilet paper, and a sponge. (Replacement is the guest's responsibility.)

The property will be clean at check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleaning services as our nightly rates are discounted according to the length of stay. (If you require extra cleaning, an additional fee applies. Please contact us.)

PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Guests must follow the Internal Regulations and rules for common areas.

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or spices as these are considered personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification documents at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative offices usually work Monday to Friday until 5pm, so we ask for advance notice to avoid any inconvenience or check-in difficulty.

- Changes in the number of guests may incur an additional charge.

- Guests are provided with an energy allowance of 10kWh per day. If you use the appliances responsibly, you should not exceed this, but if you do, the excess will be charged after check-out at the rate of R$1.20 per kWh.
