CHECK-IN

- A photo ID is required from all guests for access authorization and FACE ID registration.

You will find at the property: soap, face towel, bath mat, toilet paper, and sponge. (Replenishment of these items is the guest's responsibility.)

The guest will receive the property clean at check-in. Regardless of the number of nights, we do not offer free cleaning, as our daily rates are discounted according to the length of stay. (If you want extra cleaning, this will be charged separately. Please contact us for more information.)

IMPORTANT NOTES

- Guests must comply with the House Rules and regulations for use of common areas.

- We do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, or seasonings, as these are personal food items.

- All guests must send their identification at least 2 business days before check-in. Administrative offices usually operate Monday to Friday until 5 p.m. Therefore, we ask for advance notice to avoid inconvenience for the guest or any difficulties with check-in.

- Changes in the number of guests may result in additional charges.

- Guests are provided with an energy allowance of 10kwh per day. If you use electrical appliances consciously, this limit should not be exceeded. However, if consumption exceeds the allowance, the extra amount will be charged after check-out at the rate of R$1.20 per kwh.
